California Privacy Notice
Last updated April 28, 2026
California residents have additional privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This page explains those rights and how to use them. About half of our launch directory is California markets and farms, so this matters to a lot of you.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We don’t sell your personal information. We also don’t “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Those are CCPA terms of art — they refer to practices like passing your email to data brokers or feeding your browsing into ad-network audience-matching. We do neither.
You don’t need to send us a request to make this true. It is already true. If you want it in writing, email hello@nonfarmersonly.com with the subject “CCPA Do Not Sell” and we’ll confirm in reply.
Your California rights
California residents have the following rights with respect to personal information we collect about them:
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Right to know | You can ask what categories of personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we have it, and who we shared it with. |
| Right to delete | You can ask us to delete the personal information we have about you, subject to a few legal exceptions (for example, if we need it to complete a transaction you started or to comply with a law). |
| Right to correct | You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you. |
| Right to opt out of sale or sharing | We don’t do either of those, but you have the right to opt out anyway. Email us and we’ll log your opt-out so the right is on the record. |
| Right to limit use of sensitive information | We don’t collect sensitive personal information (government IDs, biometrics, precise geolocation, etc.) so there’s nothing to limit. If that ever changes, we’ll update this notice. |
| Right to non-discrimination | We won’t deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a worse experience because you exercised any of these rights. |
How to make a request
Email hello@nonfarmersonly.com with the subject “CCPA request” and tell us:
- which right you’re exercising,
- your email or other identifier we may have on file,
- (optional) any context you want to share — this helps us respond faster.
We respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity by confirming you control the email address on file before we share or delete data tied to it.
Authorized agents
You can ask an authorized agent to make a CCPA request for you. We’ll need written proof you authorized them — a signed letter, a power of attorney, or equivalent — before we act on the request.
Categories we collect
Under CCPA categories, we collect:
- Identifiers: name, email, IP address.
- Customer records: ZIP code (newsletter), phone and website (vendor claim).
- Internet activity: aggregate page-view counts via Vercel Analytics, no third-party cookies.
For each, the source is you (when you submit a form) or your browser (logs / analytics). The business purpose is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share any of these categories.
